How it works
Three rules, and they are the product

Show the raw file
Mark what stage it is at — sketch, work in progress, near final — so nobody critiques the kerning on a thumbnail. The stage sets the terms of the conversation before anyone types a word.

Ask one real question
“Thoughts?” gets you nothing. Every post carries a required asking for field, pinned above the thread, and it is what critics are told to answer. Specific question, specific answer.

Mark what actually helped
Only the person who asked can mark a critique as the one that moved the work. That single signal is what ranks a thread and what earns a mentor their place in the directory.

Any working designer can apply to mentor — there is no fee and there never will be. Approved mentors get a permanent entry in the public directory with a real, followed link to their own site.
The catch is the only fair one we could think of: the listing is paid for in critique. Go 30 days without giving feedback and you get a nudge. Go 45 days and the listing — and the link — comes down. Come back, critique something, apply again.
