Plain version first: post your own work, be useful to other people, and do not use the mentor directory as a link farm. The rest is detail.
Your work stays yours
You keep every right you had in anything you upload. By posting, you give No Concept Design permission to store your files and display them on the site so that other members can critique them. That permission ends when you take the post down, except for copies already made in normal backups.
Post only what you may post
Do not upload work you do not have the right to show. Client work under NDA is your responsibility, not ours. If a rights holder asks us to remove something, we will — write to hello@noconceptdesign.com.
Conduct
The critique guidelines are part of these terms. Accounts that attack people rather than work, spam, or post other people's work as their own can be suspended. Suspension leaves your content in place and is reversible; you are told the reason.
The mentor directory
Listings are free, reviewed by a person, and revocable. The followed link in a listing is a benefit of an active listing — not a purchased placement and not a permanent one. Listings that go inactive are removed automatically. Applying in order to obtain a link, rather than to mentor, is grounds for refusal or removal.
No warranty
Critique here is opinion offered by other members. It is not professional advice and nobody is liable for what you do with it. The site is provided as it is.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the change is announced on the site before it takes effect.
